Students are eligible for the STARS/Student Support Services Program if they are a U.S. Citizen and meet one or more of the following three criteria:
(1) First-generation college student
(Neither supporting parent completed a Bachelor degree)
(2) Meet federal income guidelines
(Generally Pell grant eligible students meet these guidelines)
(3) Have a disability
(Must be documented/diagnosed)
Students should also be planning to graduate or receive a certificate from NCCC and/or planning to transfer to a four-year institution.
